We wanted to write to you to thank you for the service we have experienced since purchasing our house from you in February of this year.
Doug, Paul and all the folks from your company were very helpful to us during the house purchasing process. Also, since moving in, they have ensured that for any of the minor issues that we experienced, we got almost instantaneous service. This is unlike anything I have ever experienced when working with construction companies in the past.
We had one scenario where Pathway went above and beyond to get to the root of the problem. We were experiencing a bad smell in our office and once reported to the team, they dispatched a team of people next day who ended up doing extensive work in the crawl space to ensure that they located the source of the smell. Which they did and we have had no issues since!
Also, we had another scenario where Doug was doing some work on the house and happened to hear of some customer service issues we were having with Home Depot on washer/dryer deliveries. On hearing that we had waited two months, he went out of his way to secure the model we wanted via your company’s supplier. The washer and dryer were delivered two days later (and the order with Home Depot cancelled!).
