Pathway believes that including the builder in the design phase
saves time and money in the long run. This team approach lends itself
to
the early detection of potential construction problems and often
eliminates the need for later redesign. Whether we are building from
one of our
in house designs or from the plans provided by other Architects
and Designers, we believe that by following the six Ps, we are ultimately
serving in our clients interests. We like to think PPPPPP-Proper
Prior
Preparation Prevents Poor Performance.
Our design experience includes the following:
- Kitchen remodels
- Bath remodels
- Additions
- Decks, walkways and porches
- Basement build outs and ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units)
- Tenant improvements
- Restaurants
We invite you to view pictures of our projects in the portfolio section and speak with our design team.
