EPA Regulations
Effective April 22, 2010, the Environmental Protection Agency's Renovation, Repair and Painting Final Rule (40 CFR 745) requires that renovations conducted for compensation, must be performed by Certified Firms using Certified Renovators. This rule requires that contractors, working on homes built before 1978, use lead safe work practices. Please review the new regulations. EPA Regulations

Recent Awards
Pathway's Director of Operations, Doug Kennedy, recently won the 2010 Built Green Pioneer Award for efforts in helping develop the ”Healthy Home for Building Professionals” series. Doug was also the recipient of the 2008 Governor’s Award of Excellence for outstanding volunteer service with the ALA-MHE program.
