Fine craftsmanship and environmental harmony are our company’s
watchwords
As a design build remodeling contractor in the Seattle area, we
often hear watchwords or phrases such as green, sustainable, healthy
home, building science, indoor air quality, salvage, reuse and deconstruction
in describing energy efficient and environmentally friendly building
practices. Organizations such as the Northwest Eco Building Guild,
Master Builders Association, Cascadia Region Green Building Council
and verification programs such as Built Green, Leadership in Energy
and Environmental Design or LEED, and Energy Star are available in
King County and the Pacific Northwest to help guide builders and
home owners along the path toward energy efficient and environmentally
friendly construction. No matter the term, phrase or program they
all have one common theme and that is to minimize the impact construction
has on the environment and help to sustain planet Earth for future
generations.
Pathway's Mission

We strive to empower our employees, clients and community in order to help facilitate the changes necessary to heal and preserve the environment. We recognize the need for balance in ones life and encourage ourselves and others to continue to grow and learn.
