Reimagining Homes for Life
Millions of Baby Boomers who remain active and mobile know that the day will come when they will be less so. While many really want to live in a retirement community, others much prefer to age in place — in their own houses and neighborhoods — as long as they can make their homes accessible and safe.
At Pathway Design & Construction, we create customized remodels that aren’t just practical, safe and healthy — they’re also comfortable and beautiful.
Making a home easy to access and move around in isn’t always as simple as adding ramps and grab bars. Improvements and alterations also could include the special features detailed in the photographs below.
Once we research a client’s hopes, needs, home and budget, we combine our creativity and practical experience to craft a remodel uniquely tailored just for them.
I always thought that I would go into healthcare. Creating aging-in-place safe havens for my clients allows me to combine my passions for building and for helping people who have physical and other health challenges.

Working with Paul and the Pathway team was an amazing experience. Our culture doesn’t venerate the elderly like other cultures, but Pathway understands that we want to remain in our homes, with dignity – and they are dedicated to green construction as well as to aging-in-place. They will help you achieve your dream.
