With over 20 years in the business, Paul worked his way up from laborer to owner and has focused on sustainable and healthy building practices for more than 15 years. Always learning and giving back, Paul is active with the Master Builders, is a Certified Green Professional and an American Lung Association Master Home Environmentalist (MHE) volunteer. Paul and his wife Tracy have two young children who are often building their own structures in the living room.
In addition to being Paul’s brother, Mike is a Seattle University graduate who has been employed in the construction industry since 2003. His wealth of experience includes project management for homes in Southern California owned by the “rich and famous” that demanded ultra-high quality and a focus on every single detail. Mike is also an American Lung Association Master Home Environmentalist (MHE) volunteer. Mike and his wife, Lindsay, are brand new parents and Mike hopes he will still be able to find time to surf off the Washington coast.
Jane built one of the first passive solar houses in the Seattle area. Ignoring the many doubters, Jane has enjoyed the benefits that the home has offered ever since, from great energy efficiency to healthy indoor air. Jane has dedicated much of her adult life to practicing and teaching others earth-friendly behavior.
At Pathway, Jane’s excellent bookkeeping skills and attention to detail are the glue that holds everything together and keeps things running smoothly. On the side, Jane shares her administrative talents with the non-profit community music school, the Music Center of the Northwest, and is a Master Home Environmentalist volunteer for the American Lung Association.
Jane’s current favorite quote is “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass; it is about learning to dance in the rain.”
